Advertising alone won’t solve all of your business challenges.

The conversation about your brand shouldn’t only be about fonts, colours, images, layouts and ad campaigns. At Blueprint Creative, we love developing impactful, creative ad campaigns for our clients. In fact, some of our clients’ biggest brand wins have been a result of campaigns we developed.

It’s just that we understand, just as you do, that an advertising campaign is only one piece of the brand puzzle.  Our aim is to help our clients build their brands and grow their business, and we believe that the best way for us to do this is to focus on our five “Impact Points” of brand strategy, design, communications, employee brand engagement and customer experience. THE COMPANY.

We are a Barbados-based team of brand enthusiasts serving clients in corporate and creative industries across Barbados and the Caribbean. We provide brand strategy, communications, design, employee brand engagement and customer experience solutions all under one roof. We operate in an advertising-focussed industry, but understand that advertising is only one piece of the brand puzzle. We’re hardworking, easy to work with and passionate about delivering quality work.

THE TEAM.

We are a team of brand strategists, designers, problem solvers, idea generators, entrepreneurs, musicians, and copywriters dedicated to helping our clients build their brands and grow their business in the Caribbean. Our team members include design and business professionals who have studied, trained and gained experience in the business environments of Barbados, The Bahamas, Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, the UK and the USA.

THE APPROACH.

Our name drives our approach to our work. We believe that every brand project should have a well thought-out strategy (The “Blueprint”) designed to help the business to grow.  The inspiration, imagination and inventiveness (The “Creative”) that we pour into each project brings the strategy to life. Using this approach of “strategy + inventiveness” (Blueprint + Creative), we’ve helped our clients build stronger brands and stronger businesses. You’ll be hard pressed to find another company that will be as passionate as we are about growing your brand and growing your business.

THE CULTURE.

Can hard work and fun coexist in the same room? We certainly think so! We’ve worked on some pretty heavy projects and managed to have fun doing it. We balance tight deadlines and a competitive industry with open communication, corny puns and mini-birthday celebrations for team members (hooray for ice-cream). We’d like to think we’ve got a pretty amazing culture. We’ve been presented with two Barbados’ Best Employers Awards for our exemplary culture, working environment and human resources practices.
