Advertising alone won’t solve all of your business challenges.
The conversation about your brand shouldn’t only be about fonts, colours, images, layouts and ad campaigns. It should also be about corporate culture, customer experiences, strategy, business opportunities and growth. Don’t get us wrong. At Blueprint Creative, we love developing impactful, creative ad campaigns for our clients. In fact, some of our clients’ biggest brand wins have been a result of campaigns we developed.
It’s just that we understand, just as you do, that an advertising campaign is only one piece of the brand puzzle. Our aim is to help our clients build their brands and grow their business, and we believe that the best way for us to do this is to focus on our five “Impact Points” of brand strategy, design, communications, employee brand engagement and customer experience. Intrigued? We hope so. Click here to learn more about us.
Who We Are
We are a Barbados-based team of brand enthusiasts serving clients in corporate and creative industries across Barbados and the Caribbean. We provide brand strategy, communications, design, employee brand engagement and customer experience solutions all under one roof. We operate in an advertising-focussed industry, but understand that advertising is only one piece of the brand puzzle. We’re hardworking, easy to work with and passionate about delivering quality work.
We are a team of brand strategists, designers, problem solvers, idea generators, entrepreneurs, musicians, and copywriters dedicated to helping our clients build their brands and grow their business in the Caribbean. Our team members include design and business professionals who have studied, trained and gained experience in the business environments of Barbados, The Bahamas, Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, the UK and the USA.
Our name drives our approach to our work. We believe that every brand project should have a well thought-out strategy (The “Blueprint”) designed to help the business to grow. The inspiration, imagination and inventiveness (The “Creative”) that we pour into each project brings the strategy to life. Using this approach of “strategy + inventiveness” (Blueprint + Creative), we’ve helped our clients build stronger brands and stronger businesses. You’ll be hard pressed to find another company that will be as passionate as we are about growing your brand and growing your business.
Can hard work and fun coexist in the same room? We certainly think so! We’ve worked on some pretty heavy projects and managed to have fun doing it. We balance tight deadlines and a competitive industry with open communication, corny puns and mini-birthday celebrations for team members (hooray for ice-cream). We’d like to think we’ve got a pretty amazing culture. We’ve been presented with two Barbados’ Best Employers Awards for our exemplary culture, working environment and human resources practices.
our impact points
“In strategy it is important to see distant things as if they were close and to take a distanced view of close things”. (Miyamoto Musashi. 1584-1645, legendary Japanese swordsman). We help our clients take close and distanced views of their brand strategies
Your Brand Voice, audience, distribution channels and desired engagement are all important factors in engaging customers, prospects and employees. We help our clients develop impactful press releases, marketing copy, speeches and content marketing initiatives.
Impactful design can help build a strong, recognisable brand. We develop corporate identities, brochures, signage, banners, information kits, corporate documents, packaging, campaigns and other brand deliverables that help our clients entice their ideal customers.
EMPLOYEE BRAND ENGAGEMENT
EMPLOYEE BRAND ENGAGEMENT
“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.” (Peter Drucker) Even the most insightful strategy can be derailed if employees are not fully engaged and if employees are not committed to your business goals. We work with companies to improve employee brand engagement.
Your customers will tell family members, friends and colleagues, and yes, even total strangers, about their experience with your brand. We can help your business to craft the powerful customer experiences you want your customers to share.

From the Blog
Barbadian companies with poor working environments may be paying a “culture tax” that has the potential to significantly increase their organisation’s operational expenses. The “tax” is pretty unique when compared to other taxes, because it isn’t imposed by the government, but by the very workers which companies with poor cultures are seeking to entice.
While receiving a fair salary is high on the list of priorities for Barbadian job seekers, money alone can’t buy employees’ happiness, loyalty or commitment. This appears to be the view of many Barbadians who participated in a recent survey that was carried out to uncover the views of employees on a range of brand-related topics, including organizational culture, employer branding, job hunting and internal communications.
Barbadian companies with poor company cultures may face a “brain drain” if their employees are wooed by competitors with better work environments. This is one of the major insights uncovered in a recently released report entitled “The Employee View of the Employer Brand”.
True story. About a year ago, one of our Blueprint Creative team members was introduced to a young professional who worked as a salesman in the automotive industry. After the usual pleasantries were exchanged, the young salesman asked our team member where he worked and what he did as a career.
