But a career in branding also involves lots of hard work in a fast-paced environment. If you join our team, you’ll be working on some pretty intense projects with tight deadlines. If you’re prepared to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work needed to help our clients build stronger brands and stronger business, chances are that you’re a good fit for the team.
We take cultural fit very seriously
Speaking of being a good fit, we take cultural fit very seriously. Of course, we’re interested in your technical competencies, but we also care about whether you fit in with the rest of our (slightly) crazy team and whether your personal core values sync well with our company’s core values.
